Role Defaults
Bulk-set what ticket-lifecycle events reach a whole role. Saving this matrix replaces every user-in-role's personal preferences, which keeps mailboxes from flooding as new users are seeded.
Channels per role: FSE uses the mobile app (email + in-app + push). NOC / management roles use the web app (email + in-app). FST is directory-only (email).
