Open the dashboard
The dashboard is the landing page after sign-in, and is always the first item in the sidebar.

Read the KPI tiles
The tiles across the top summarise the fleet: active sites, open tickets, and performance against target. Decommissioned sites are excluded from every figure.

Check which environment you are in
If your account has sandbox access, the environment indicator shows whether you are looking at live or sandbox data. Sandbox figures are test data and mean nothing operationally.
